Tom Murray

Financial Consultant

After serving on active duty in the U.S. Naval Reserve for seven and a half years, Tom was honorably discharged as a lieutenant commander, and he returned to his formal business training at home. While in the Navy, he served at sea in the Pacific and Atlantic fleets and deployed overseas to the Western and Southwestern Pacific areas. He developed a taste for travel in the Navy and has driven across the U.S. three times (which he recommends highly) and has visited more than 20 countries. His three favorite foreign cities are Rome, London, and Jerusalem.

Tom is a member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. The Order is a worldwide Catholic order committed to the well-being of Christians and to peace and justice in the Holy Land. He is a devout Catholic and is active in lay ministry at his home parish of St. Anthony’s in East Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Tom spent his teenage years growing up in Falmouth, Massachusetts (he was born in Boston), where he still resides. There, he developed a love for the sea and boating and became proficient as a sailor. In a moment of sanity, he sold his Cape Dory sloop several years ago but is always ready to answer the call to friends if an experienced hand is needed. His love for the sea and sailing is due in part to the pursuit of the solitude and beauty of the sea.

Tom joined With Integrity Wealth Management in 2004. Tom has been in the investment consulting industry since 1994. He has held assignments with Merrill Lynch & Co. and Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. He earned his BS in business administration from Northeastern University, concentrating in accounting and finance. His cooperative education work assignments included Merrill Lynch International Bank, London; Department of the Interior, Office of Inspector General, Washington, DC; and Boston Children’s Medical Center.

Tom is an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network® and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. He is also licensed as a Massachusetts producer in life, accident, and health insurance. He specializes in advising clients in investments, portfolio management, and retirement income planning.

Jim Quinlan, CRPC®

Chartered Retirement Planning Councilor

Tired of spending half his life sitting on a commuter train, Jim left a large financial corporation in Boston and began working directly with clients in 2006. When Jim gets outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their children, Patrick (17), Allison (15), and Thomas (13). Jim keeps busy as a Boy Scout dad and assistant leader. He has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for cystic fibrosis events, such as the Great Strides Walks, Boston Marathon, and Phantom Gourmet Food Safari.

On the rare occasion when Jim gets a moment to himself, he might be wearing his top hat and firing the cannon (yes, a real cannon) with the Old Colony Club or trying to take over the world as a member and past secretary of the Plymouth Freemasons A.F. & A.M.

Jim joined With Integrity Wealth Management in 2014. He has been in the financial planning industry since 2000 and has held positions with John Hancock Financial Services, Bridgewater Credit Union, TD Bank, and Rockland Trust. He earned his BA from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, Massachusetts, and his master's from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition, Jim is a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM. He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities registrations as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, as well as Massachusetts life, accident, and health insurance licenses. All of these are hanging on the wall in his office if you really want to know what they mean.
